Eugene Brundige serves as lead pastor for the charge and lead pastor at New Horizons. He is an ordained deacon and has been in local church ministry for almost 40 years. In his secular career he has served as an arbitrator and mediator and currently is Chairperson of the State Employment Relations Board. Gene is active in the annual conference where he serves on the Unity Task Force and the Let Justice Roll Ministry Team. He is a member of the Capital South District Leadership and Visioning Team. Within the Westside cluster of United Methodist Churches he coordinates he GLBT Ministry group. He is a conference guide for persons seeking to enter United Methodist Ministry. Gene preaches at both churches and coordinates the administrative responsibilities of the charge.

Pastor Tim Rash is a graduate of the Ohio Valley Course of Study School at the Methodist Theological School of Ohio and is a licensed local pastor. He has been in local church ministry for almost 20 years. Tim serves as associate pastor of the charge and lead pastor at Hilltonia. Tim’s specific responsibilities include Christian Education, Youth Ministry and Teaching. In his secular employment Tim is the Vice President of Customer Support at Netsmart Technologies – Ohio.

Pastor Danny Dahl is an Ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church on Honorable Location. He works full time as a Case Worker for Franklin County Children’s Services. Danny serves as associate pastor of the charge and as Music Minister. In addition to preaching and sharing in all pastoral duties, he leads the Praise Team, plans music and plays the guitar. Danny is also the director of the Men’s Chorus of the Westside Cluster.

James Timothy Trout is a Pastoral Candidate currently serving at New Horizons – Hilltonia. Tim is a graduate of Ohio State where he remains active in the English Conversation Partner Program. Tim also assists with the ministry Grace Resurrection Church, an Asian congregation that meets at the Conference Center. Tim has begun studies at the Methodist Theological School as a Pastoral Candidate to prepare him for full time ministry. Tim was Organist at St. Leo, St. Mary Roman Catholic Churches and the New Horizons Hilltonia Charge previously.

Stephen Sollars is the Organist and Musical Director at New Horizons Hilltonia Charge. He is a Graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Religious Studies. He is a Welcome new addition to the New Horizons Hilltonia family where he has been quite active in serving this church and the West Side Cluster. Stephen currently works for Verizon Wireless while he discerns what areas of ministry God to which is calling him.
